As part of Banc of America Public Capital Corp (BAPCC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America N.A., Renewable Energy Finance (REF) specializes in tailored financing products and services for renewable energy projects and equipment. REF's offerings include equity investments and secured loans; syndication of such financings; and advisory services1. Typical transactions and investments range in size from $50-$150 million, and the related renewable energy projects may require capital in excess of $1 billion.
