Jeff McLane

Jeff McLane leads Bank of America Business Capital. Based in New York, Jeff is responsible for asset-based loan origination, underwriting and relationship management.
Jeff most recently was head of Asset-Based Capital Markets for BABC and the Retail Finance group, and has been with Bank of America Merrill Lynch and predecessor institutions for 15 years. During his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Jeff has executed a range of cash flow and asset-based financings including bank and bond transactions for corporate and financial sponsor clients. Notable deal experience includes successfully leading transactions that include Sears, Toys "R" Us, Neiman Marcus, Barnes & Noble, Bon-Ton, C&S Wholesale, American Commercial Lines, Unisource, Pep Boys, Brown Shoe, and Foot Locker.
McLane holds Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses. He earned a bachelor's degree from Babson College in Massachusetts and is a member of the Board of Overseers at the college.
Stephen R. Hinrichs
Senior Vice President West United States and Canada West
Steve Hinrichs is a senior vice president, business development manager for the West Division of Bank of America Business Capital. Located in Pasadena, Steve is responsible for overseeing a team of business development professionals experienced in providing asset-based lending solutions and an array of complementary banking products to large and middle‑market companies.
Prior to joining Bank of America in 1996, Steve held various marketing, credit and underwriting positions at GE Commercial Finance.
Steve maintains membership in the Southern California chapters of the Turnaround Management Association, the Association for Corporate Growth and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from San Jose State University.
James D. Cockey

Jim Cockey is a senior vice president, business development manager for the Central Division of Bank of America Business Capital. Located in Chicago, Jim is responsible for overseeing a team of business development professionals experienced in providing asset-based lending solutions and an array of complementary banking products to large and
middle-market companies.
Jim has focused his 21-year career with Bank of America in numerous capacities across Middle-Market Banking, the Financial Sponsor Group and Bank of America Business Capital. Within Bank of America Business Capital, Jim has been responsible for both the Southeast and Central Regional Marketing Groups.
Jim is a graduate of Washington & Lee University. He has his Series 24 and 7 securities licenses, and is a member of the Commercial Finance Association.
Joseph P. Powers
Senior Vice President East United States and EMEA
Joseph Powers is senior vice president, business development manager for the East Division of Bank of America Business Capital and is based in New York City. Joe leads a team of business development professionals who provide asset-based solutions and complementary banking products to large and
middle-market companies and sponsors within the Group's territory. Joe also specializes in working with distressed companies and their advisors, involved with in-court and out of court restructurings.
Prior to joining Bank of America, Joe was a team leader with GE Capital Commercial Finance, and worked in commercial banking at Manufacturers Hanover Trust. He has been with Bank of America for more than six years.
Joe received an A.B. from Dartmouth College and an MBA from New York University. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and Commercial Finance Association.
