Bob Arth leads the East Division of Bank of America Business Capital. Based in New York, Bob is responsible for asset-based loan origination, underwriting and relationship management.

Bob has more than 20 years of commercial lending experience. He began his banking career at JP Morgan Chase in 1981 and quickly rose through the ranks holding a variety of loan origination and management positions. In 1998, he was named Group Managing Director of J.P. Morgan Business Credit Corporation. Bob joined Fleet Capital Corporation in 2003 as executive vice president and Mid-Atlantic region group manager, a position he retained after the
Bank of America/Fleet merger in 2004.

Bob earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Hofstra University. He has his Series 24 and 7 securities licenses and is a member of the Commercial Finance Association.
