Bobby Anand is a principal at Bank of America Business Capital Europe. Located in the London office, Bobby is responsible for structuring transactions, developing business, managing clients and syndications for asset-based loans of £10 million and more for buyouts, acquisitions, turnarounds and recapitalizations.

Prior to joining Bank of America Business Capital in 2006, Bobby was a senior member of a leading U.S.-based
asset-based lender in Canada. Bobby has been in asset-based lending since 1995 and has been involved in all aspects of the business including underwriting, business development, client management and syndication.

Bobby holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto in Canada. He also holds professional designations of Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Accountancy. He is a member of the CFA Institute, UK Society of Investment Professionals, Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, Turnaround Management Association (UK), and Asset-Based Financing Association in the UK.
